Corporate Resources Center

The Corporate resource center at IMED functions under the chairmanship of the Director, with the Training and Placement Officer as the convener. The other members of the corporate resource center include the heads of the departments of MBA (Gen), MBA(HR), MBA(IT) and MCA.

The main functions of the CRC are:

*	To act as link between the students & prospective employers
*	To plan and organize talks on careers in various sectors
*	To organize soft skill development programs
*	To establish liaison with the high level functionaries at Industries and Commercial Houses in order to foster industry / institute relations.
*	To organize industry institute meets, to derive maximum benefit of the expertise in the industries towards to the up gradation of the syllabus and enriching training contents
*	To attract better organizations to the campus for campus interviews.
*	To offer the expertise and the facilities of IMED to industries.

Summer Internship

The CRC also strives to arrange the summer & winter internship for the students in the organizations appropriate to their specializations, thereby insuring not only correct growth of students but also the liaison with various industries at the appropriate level.

Conference / Seminars/ Workshops & Guest Lectures

In order to meet the tasks enumerated above, conferences, seminars, workshops & guest lectures are organized at regular intervals. Attendance at these functions is made compulsory for the students. Suitable experts from the industries are invited to participate and interact at these functions
