IMED Research Center

Apart from teaching and conducting various activities one of the distinguishing features at IMED is the constant endevour to undertake and propagate quality research among faculty and students. To inculcate the habit of pursuing research constant support is provided to the faculty. Various workshops are arranged to acquaint them to the ways and means to conduct a research. The faculty is also deputed to various seminars and workshops to expose them to the latest trends that can facilitate identification of new areas of research. The institute has a Research Cell which formulates policies to foster research in the institute. A Research Bank is constituted wherein efforts are made to identify new areas in various functional areas where value based research can be undertaken. The students are also encouraged to analytically tackle a problem by the research mode through short term project work.

The institute also publishes a four quarterly journal known as IMED Journal of Management and Social Research.
